Veg Lasagna

Lasagne originated in Italy during the  Middle Ages  and has traditionally been ascribed to the city of  Naples  ( Campania ).  When it comes to making Lasagne at home, people believe that its a very cumbersome dish to make, but it is just worth it!! Your lasagne can definitely give a tough fight to any of your town's top restaurant lasagne.  And the word is " CHESSYYY"  Ingredients : Lasagne sheets Maida - 1.5 cups Egg - 01 Salt - 1 pinch  Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon White Sauce Butter - 01 tablespoon Garlic - 4/5 cloves Spring Onion - 50 gm Maida - 01 tablespoon Milk - 1/2 litre Amul Processed Cheese - 250 gm Oregano flakes - 1.5 teaspoon Salt - 1 pinch Black-pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Red Sauce Garlic - 2/3 cloves Onion- 2 (small size) Tomatoes - 5-6 (finely chopped) Tomato Puree-  1 cup Chili Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1-2 pinch Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon Veg Filling Garlic- 4/5 cloves Spring Onion (finely chopped) -

Coconut Cookies (Coconut Macaroons)

Being a mother of 9 months old angel, cooking basic food items is like an achievement in itself sometimes. But, whenever I get lil extra time, love to try new and quick things. I am a big fan of coconut. I’ve tried many coconut cookies recipes in past few years, but nothing turned out so perfect, so airy and soft. So, this is my favourite and fixed receipe for Coconut Cookies, Crispy and Golden from outside, Soft and Moist from inside. Perfect to soothe your sweet tooth. Goes well with Tea/Coffee. Kiwi White Chocolate Mousse Cake

Have called up guests for tomorrow's lunch. Ok, starters and main course decided.. But what should be the dessert.. hmmm.. not in a mood to bake either, whats in the fridge, Kiwis.. oh great, lets make Kiwi Mousse Cake.. The white chocolate is so soft, smooth and silky. Gulab Ice Cream

I was on vacation last month, and during that I got a chance to taste this awesome flavor of Ice-Cream, and, this was Gulab flavor..  After coming back from vacation, though of trying this flavor, and the results were amazing. It is the best dessert that you can offer to anyone. So Mouth Refreshing it is !! Pls keep in mind - all utensils, mixer, blender should be  dry , to avoid forming of ice-flakes Ingredients : Full Cream Milk - 0.5 L Sugar - 3.5 tablespoon Milk Powder - 3 tablespoon Corn Flour - 1 tablespoon GMS Powder - 1.5 tablespoon CMC Powder - 3 pinch Organic Rose Flavor - 2 Drops Gulkand  1/2 tablespoon Method : In Small bowl, take out some milk and boil the remaining milk in a deep vessel (when later on mixture will be added, milk keep rising up). Now add Sugar, Milk Powder, Corn Flour, GMS and CMC in small bowl with the milk. It will turn into fine paste, make sure that no lumbs are formed. Mix this paste to the boiling milk and keep sti

Someone rightly said     "Chocolate is nature's way of making up for Mondays".  My family is big fan of Ice-Cream , and this forces me to try various flavours. Husband asked for choco chip ice-cream and trust me, the results are YUMM !!!.. Your children will gonna love it.. Almond Ice Cream

well, this is the first time I am posting any recipe, I love ice-creams, and keep trying all the new flavours being introduced in the market. So, i thought why not to make ice-cream at home. Sounds Great !! Haan !! Yes, it is..  so here we go...  Pls keep in mind - all utensils, mixer, blender should be dry , to avoid forming of ice-flakes Ingredients : Full Cream Milk - 0.5 L Sugar - 3.5 tablespoon Milk Powder - 3 tablespoon Corn Flour - 1 tablespoon GMS Powder - 1.5 tablespoon CMC Powder - 3 pinch Almond - 20 - 25 kernels Method : In Small bowl, take out some milk and boil the remaining milk in a deep vessel (when later on mixture will be added, milk keep rising up). Now add Sugar, Milk Powder, Corn Flour, GMS and CMC in small bowl with the milk. It will turn into fine paste, make sure that no lumbs are formed. Mix this paste to the boiling milk and keep stirring it for about 10-15mins on low flame. Turn of the flame and let it cool down complet
